FAQ
Baking FAQ
Do I need to thaw and bake all 4 bagels in the package at once? I only want to bake one bagel at a time.
You can definitely choose to bake one or a few bagels at a time. Just remove the bagels you want from the packaging with enough of the supplied baking paper to fit under the bagel’s bottom and thaw in the refrigerator in another partially open bag. Keep in mind that baking times may vary depending on how many bagels are baked. Store the rest of the frozen bagels in their original packaging as tightly sealed as possible.
If I only bake one bagel, can I use my toaster oven?
Yes! Follow our regular baking instructions on the packaging. Just keep in mind that toaster oven times and temperatures may vary.
I forgot to take the bagels out to thaw the night before, do I really have to wait overnight before baking?
In a pinch, you can thaw Wake-N-Bagels on your counter 2-3 hours prior to baking.
Can I customize my Wake-N-Bagels before baking?
Absolutely! Try topping your bagels with a slice of cheese right before you put them in the oven!
I just opened my box and the unbaked bagels look kind of deflated. Is that normal?
Yes! That is completely normal. They will puff up into beautiful, delicious bagels in your oven.
Will you come out with any more flavors?
Yes, our next flavor for release will be Raisin Cinnamon. Stay tuned for new flavor announcements here and on social media!
Shipping FAQ
Why do I need to purchase 3 boxes of Wake-N-Bagels from your website?
We ship your bagels using two day shipping and high quality ice packs or dry ice to keep your product as cold as possible during transit. In order to make the shipping costs reasonable, orders will be shipped in boxes of threes (1 dozen bagels) You choose the flavors. Our bagels have a 12 month freezer shelf life from the production date, so no worries about using them up in time. Plus they’re great to give to friends and family!
When will my Wake-N-Bagels be shipped?
Our shipments are sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays so that they arrive as quickly as possible. Depending on your location, they may have thawed but will still be cold and are fine. Just get them in the freezer or refrigerator asap. The longer they sit in the fridge, the more they rise, so we don’t recommend leaving them in the refrigerator longer than a day.
There may be times when we have more orders than normal, like during holidays or events, and during that time, processing times may take a bit longer.
